| We believe in transactional transparency and the resulting Business Honesty. All billings to our valued clients are normally done based on agreed quotation and/or common understanding contractual and sales terms.
All nature and type of inducements, in cash or in kind, are disallowed in our system. Therefore, none of our employees are permitted to receive any payment, gift, souvenir, etc. without first declaring it to the management and obtaining appropriate written approval thereon.
However, non-cash goodwill gesture expressed relying on Malaysian customs/cultures and in consistent with the traditions of the various races would be acceptable so long as it is worth less than RM5.00 in anyone giving.
